Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Process and Shipping Times

All products from Alpenglo Studio are custom-made when you place an order. We partner with specialized production workshops and local businesses through various fulfillment networks to create and ship your items.

Our shipping process consists of two main stages: Fulfillment Time and Shipping Time.

1. Fulfillment Time and Production

To offer the highest quality apparel and unique custom finishes, we partner with specialized production studios across the country. Because of this "made-to-order" approach, different items in your order may ship in separate packages and arrive at slightly different times.

This is the time it takes for our partner workshops to create your unique product.

  • Standard Fulfillment Time: Generally, orders are produced within 3 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Please note: This time can vary slightly during peak seasons or depending on the complexity of the product.

2. Shipping Time (Transit)

This is the time it takes for the order to reach you once it has been created and picked up by the shipping carrier.

  • Shipping times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Estimated Shipping Times (After Fulfillment):

    • United States: 3–8 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total estimated delivery time is the sum of the fulfillment time plus the shipping time.

Example: An order placed in the US might take 3–7 days for fulfillment plus 3–8 days for shipping, resulting in a total estimated delivery of 6–15 business days.

Tracking

  • Once your item has been fulfilled and shipped by our production partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the cost of reshipping the item.

Separated Shipments

  • Due to our partnerships with multiple specialized fulfillment workshops, orders containing several different types of items (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt) may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
